Mingfu Liu is an outstanding Chinese Communist Party member of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and a Professor of National Defense University of People's Liberation Army. He served in combat army for 10 years, served in the political department of the Great Military Area for 20 years, during which he was a director of the research office of Jinan Military Region and served in National Defense University of People's Liberation Army for 13 years, during which he was a director of the Institute of Army Construction Research. He authored The China Dream in 2010.
Zhongyuan Wang is the vice president of Chinese People's Liberation Army University of International Relations (Nanjing). He has served as the commando leader of the battlefield and won the second-class award for his heroism in action. He has been a platoon leader, company commander and Battalion Commander and served at a regiment, division, corps and headquarters office. He has worked at the General Staff Department for 15 years. |
